**DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS (COVID19) PANDEMIC, ALL PURCHASES WIL BE PROCESSED AND MAILED WHEN PRATICAL DUE TO AUSTRALIA POST OFFICE CLOSURES. THERE MAY BE UPTO 5-9 DAYS WAITING TIME BEFORE AN ITEM CAN BE POSTED, THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING**
AUSTRALIA POST HAS STOPPED ALL ECONOMY AIR SHIPMENTS AND IS ONLY ACCEPTING FULLY TRACKED PARCELS, AS SUCH THERE HAVE BEEN UNEXPECTED PRICE RISES DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, WHICH IS ALSO ADDING UPTO 4 TO 7+ WEEKS OF EXTRA TRANSIT TIME TO OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS.
All Items are shipped from within Australia using the Australia Post Mail system.
Mail transit times are entirely dependant upon the Australia Post Network and its affiliate overseas handlers - In other words please allow adequate time for any parcel to arrive, because once your item is posted we have absolutely no control over how long it takes for the parcel to get to its destination.
As an indication of transit times, here is a very rough guide - Within Australia, generally allow 5-9 business days (weekends do not count!) from the time of posting. Overseas times will vary, tremendously. As an example items that have been dispatched to the USA have arrived within 5 working days using regular Airmail; other items using the same system have taken over 14 days.
The bottom line is, please be patient in waiting for your parcel to arrive, and of course, using postal insurance is HIGHLY recommended! If you have any problems with late parcels then please contact us immediately and we will try our best to help you.

Important Postal Service Update:
It has just come to our attention that the Australian Postal Service has stopped Insurance cover (which is part of registered post) for parcels to the following countries:
Mexico, Germany, Canada, Bermuda and Afghanistan.
We have disabled the Insurance option for overseas postal services. If you are not from one of the listed countries above and would like to have your parcel insured, please leave a note prior to placing your order and we shall provide the Insurance estimate, which can be invoiced separately after your order is placed.

A note regarding post:
There have been particular mail delays associated with European regions, mainly France and Italy, with mail times taking over 30 - 45 upto 60+ business days to arrive in some cases.
